Marine Electric Slewing Crane
Manufactured by Kuli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as KL), the electric slewing crane is deck-mounted electrically driven lifting equipment, designed and manufactured in strict accordance with classification society regulations and international maritime safety conventions.
Equipped with independent electric drive systems for hoisting, luffing and 360° full-range slewing, the crane achieves stable, stepless speed regulation with smooth operation without impact. All motion mechanisms are fitted with mechanical self-locking devices and overload protection. Even if the ship heels within 5°, the jib and suspended cargo will be firmly locked to prevent sliding or falling, greatly improving marine operation safety.
The main column and jib are fabricated from high-strength box steel with heavy-duty marine anti-salt-spray anti-corrosion coating, adapting to long-term outdoor harsh deck environments. All motors, control boxes and electrical fittings reach marine IP56 waterproof and dustproof grade; matched with corrosion-resistant cables, the whole unit runs with low noise and stable performance.
The standard safe working load covers 0.5T to 20T. Customizable jib length, working radius and base size can be offered to match various vessel layout requirements. Complete cryogenic winterization packages are optional for Arctic and Yamal projects: low-temperature alloy structural parts, cold-resistant sealing components and full heat tracing systems guarantee continuous reliable operation at ambient temperatures as low as -52°C. Classification certificates including CCS, BV, RS can be applied as requested by clients.
