The weight of an electric chain hoist is generally 0.1-60 tons, and the lifting height is 3-120 meters. The characteristics of an electric chain hoist are advanced performance structure, small size, light weight, reliable performance, easy operation, wide applicability, and it is very convenient for lifting heavy objects, loading and unloading work, maintenance equipment, and lifting goods. It can also be installed on suspended I-beams, curved tracks, spiral arm suspension rails, and fixed lifting points to lift heavy objects.

Structural characteristics of electric chain hoist: The product structure of electric hoist uses high-strength tensile shell or die cast aluminum shell for the body, and adopts thin-walled extrusion molding technology for precision manufacturing, with small volume, light weight, and high strength. The standard electric chain hoist has an independent gearbox system, a two-stage coaxial transmission gear mechanism sealed inside the gearbox, and a long-life oil bath lubrication system. The powder metallurgy clutch of the electric chain hoist is used as an overload protection device, and the braking adopts disc DC electromagnetic field braking. The braking torque is large, smooth, fast, and the noise is low.
